KidneyVital™ is not for treatment of iron deficiency conditions. It contains selenium, which can be harmful in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. It also contains zinc, which may be harmful if taken in large amounts or for long periods. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
