As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work as part of a close-knit Marketing and Community team, reporting to the GM, Marketing and Community, and your responsibilities include managing the social media community, digital channel strategy and management, and development and deployment of acquisition and retention journeys.


You are an excellent communicator with a creative mindset and strong digital capability and experience. You are highly skilled at prioritising your work to meet competing deadlines, while maintaining positive working relationships. You are able to analyse and distil data to identify problems and solutions, and you have a passion and enthusiasm to make a difference.

Some of the skillset required:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field Minimum
  2. 5+ years practical experience in digital marketing
  3. A proven track record working within the digital marketing environment with tangible experience working with analytics, SEO and with multiple and relevant platforms including CMS, CRM and marketing automation platforms, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, AdWords and social media scheduling platforms
  4. A high level of comfort learning and trialling new platforms High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  5. Proficient in social media management dashboards, analytics, and evaluation tools.
