Consumer survey on chronic kidney disease

Brief Description:

NPS MedicineWise will soon be launching an educational program on Chronic Kidney Disease. We are conducting a baseline survey with consumers who have CKD or conditions that are risk factors for CKD to understand their knowledge and management of kidney health and CKD.
