CKD-Go! is an app to help Health Professionals recognise, understand and manage chronic kidney disease. It allows you to view a personalised action plan, based on the eGFR and urine albumin creatinine ratio, as well as providing all the essential information from the 'Chronic Kidney Disease Management in Primary Care' handbook.
The estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) is the best measure of kidney function. An eGFR is automatically reported by pathology labs when a serum creatinine is ordered for people aged 18 years or over. The rate can also be calculated by using our eGFR calculator. The calculator uses the CKD-EPI equation for eGFR.
