Kidney Health Australia Payment Options

Thank you so much for your wonderful support. As you may be aware cheques are being phased out in the future. We are very grateful for all donations and have put together this document as we have a number of alternative payment options, that you may find helpful if your bank has stopped issuing cheques.

  1. You can set up a regular monthly or quarterly gift using direct debit (account details) or your credit card through Kidney Health Australia.
  2. You can mail your appeal coupon back in the Reply-Paid Envelope provided with your completed credit card details.
  3. If you have online banking, you can make a payment through your online banking account. Use Biller Code 19810. You need to include your individual Reference Number which can be found in the BPAY section on your appeal coupon. We need your reference so we can identify your payment and issue a receipt.
  4. You can use your online banking to make a payment or go into your local branch and make a direct transfer to Kidney Health Australia. Bank account. BSB:013 423 Account: 8377 43332. Please include your reference number located above you name (7digits) on the coupon so we can identify your payment and issue a receipt.
  5. If you have a smart phone, you can use your camera to hover over the QR code on the bottom left-hand corner of your coupon - this will provide a link to take you to a landing page to enter your credit card payment details.
  6. You can go to the Kidney Health Australia web page kidney.org.au/donate and use your credit card, debit card, or select Pay Pal to make your donation.
  7. You can always call our friendly team on 1800 454 363 for assistance to make your donation. Operating hours: 9am-5pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time), Monday-Friday. Closed for public holidays.

Please note: If you would like to receive your receipt immediately upon payment, we need to have a valid email address on your Kidney Health Australia record.
