Indigenous health

Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Kidney Health Strategy 2015 to 2017 was developed to reduce the impact of chronic kidney disease and improve the health, wellbeing and support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people affected by kidney disease.

Organ donation

Organ donation and live organ transplantation are critical issues for those living with kidney disease. We advocate to improve support for live donors and to encourage increases in organ donation rates.
