Australian Indigenous HealthInfonet - The Australian Indigenous Health Infonet provides information for people working, studying, or interested in all diseases and has a specific section for kidney health among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. They aim to provide quality information and resources about kidney health among Indigenous people. This includes categories such as resources, publications, policy, workforce and organisations.
If you would like a hardcopy please email email@example.com to request these resources.
These fact sheets and flipchart were kindly funded by an Impact Perpetual grant.Indigenous resourcesKidney Stories
