Kidney Health Australia continues to work with Australian and international research teams to improve treatments and outcomes for people living with kidney disease.
Our current collaborations:
- An in-pharmacy CKD screening trial being led by the University of Sydney that aims to improve detection of CKD and quality use of medicines in a community pharmacy setting;
- We have provided seed funding for and are working collaboratively on a consortium project being led by Charles Darwin University, Menzies and NT renal on educating kidney support workers to assist with on-country dialysis in the NT; and
- We continue to support the work being undertaken by the team leading the BEAT-CKD research initiative that is looking at consumer engagement in research.
