Inclusion (Minimum requirements) 

Aged 18 years and above 

Unresectable (cannot be surgically removed or fully removed/resected), locally advanced or metastatic renal cell carcinoma with a primary clear cell component. 

You have had previous immunotherapy treatment (anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L) but your cancer has progressed or has not responded to the treatment  

Exclusion (Generally not allowed) 

Received prior treatment with a HIF-2α inhibitor or cabozantinib. 

Have had another active cancer within the previous year except for locally curable cancers that have been apparently cured.  

Uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension, as defined by a sustained blood pressure > 140/90 mm Hg on more than three antihypertensives 

• Unresectable locally advanced or metastatic renal cell carcinoma with a primary clear cell component.
