A Kidney Health Check is a simple way to check for problems with your kidney. It includes 3 parts: a blood pressure check, a urine test, and a blood test.

This factsheet is for any person who may be at risk for kidney disease including those with diabetes, high blood pressure or First Nations over 18 years old. Ask your doctor for your Kidney Health Check at your next visit!
