Refund policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at store@kidney.org.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Kidney Health Australia will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

National Kidney Summit 2025
Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all participants (you, your organisation, your group) of this event (National Kidney Summit) being organised by Kidney Health Australia (KHA) (us, our, we, the host). You acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon submitting your Summit Registration Form. Please read these conditions carefully as they contain important information. By default, Event participants and their organisation/s will be listed in the resulting Event report unless a participant notifies us of their request to be omitted from the Event report.
Terms and conditions, definitions and interpretation
Definitions
In this document:
(a) Agreement means the submitted Summit Registration Form and these terms and conditions.
(b) Event: refers to the National Kidney Summit organised by Kidney Health Australia (KHA).
(c) Host, we, us, our: refers to Kidney Health Australia
(d) Participant, you, your organisation, your group: refers to any individual or entity attending or registering for the Event.
(e) Confidential Information means all information relating to the business interests, methodology or affairs of KHA, or that of any person or entity with which KHA deals or is concerned.
(f) Intellectual Property means ideas, designs, patents, trademarks, copyright and designs, whether registered or unregistered, software developments, computer programs, security codes, eligible layout rights, know how, inventions and improvements in procedures made or discoveries conceived.
(g) Intellectual Property Rights includes any copyright, trademark, design, patent, confidential information and any rights to register, use or grant the use of any of them, which may exist in Australia or elsewhere, and whether created before, on or after the date of this Agreement.
Confidentiality
In order to conduct the Event, KHA may share with Participants certain information that is confidential in nature.
(a) Participants must not use any Confidential Information for the benefit of any person or entity except KHA. Participants must keep confidential all Confidential Information and maintain proper and secure custody of all Confidential Information. Participants must not, both during the term of this Agreement or after the termination of this Agreement, disclose any Confidential Information to any person except:
- (1) in the proper performance and execution of the services and obligations under this Agreement.
- (2) if the Participant has been authorised in writing by KHA to do so.
- (3) to the agents, employees or advisers of KHA in the proper performance of the services and obligations under this Agreement.
- (4) if the Confidential Information is lawfully within the public domain; or
- (5) if a Participant is compelled by law and has used every lawful means available to them to prevent the disclosure.
(b) If there is any uncertainty as to whether any information is Confidential Information, that information shall be taken to be Confidential Information unless the Participant is advised by KHA in writing to the contrary.
Intellectual Property
Following completion of the Event, ownership of any created content vests in KHA. Participants acknowledge that and agree that all Intellectual Property developed, created or conceived whilst participating in the Event outlined in these terms and conditions, and which is related or may be adapted to the business of KHA, is and will be the sole and exclusive property of KHA, without any right of further compensation. Event participants and their organisations will be listed in the resulting report unless KHA is notified otherwise in writing.
Delegate’s rights and obligations
By registering, you warrant your details as provided are true and correct. You must comply with any conditions, rules, regulations or usage requirements of the Event venue or of KHA in connection with the Event.
Event updates
All information for participants will be sent electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of registration.
Cancellation or postponement of the Event
We do not accept any liability for losses incurred, such as, but not limited to, travel, hotels, or any other expenses, if the Event is cancelled or postponed due to an occurrence that renders performance of the Event inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. Such an occurrence shall include but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency.
Insurance
The registration does not include personal insurance of any kind. You are advised to take out appropriate insurance for your participation. We are not liable for any expenses incurred due to, but not limited to, individual cancellations, variations in the Event, postponement or cancellation of the Event, or for theft of or damage to belongings.
Photography & video
By registering for this Event, you consent to having your photo and/or video taken and used for promotional purposes, which may include social media, websites, and email marketing. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please advise the KHA staff member.
Changes
We reserve the right to change all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the name, themes, content, program, speakers, format, performers, hosts, moderators, venues, and times.
Code of conduct and disruptive behaviour
KHA reserves the right, without any liability, to refuse admission to, or to eject you from the Event, in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation), for failure to comply with these terms and conditions or if in the opinion of KHA, you represent a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the Event.
COVID-safe
KHA will take reasonable steps to implement reasonable COVID-safe measures at an Event to assist to protect your health and safety and that of other Event participants.
Risk management
It is your responsibility to inform the KHA of any special dietary, accessibility or other requirements that you may have, sufficiently in advance to enable KHA to attempt to accommodate these requirements (or where this is not possible, inform you of such). You use the Event venue and all associated facilities (including any car parking facilities) at your own risk. Despite anything else in these terms and conditions, KHA accepts no liability to you or any third party for any loss of or damage to any of your equipment, materials or other belongings brought to the Event venue, whether by fire, theft, accident, injury or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHA excludes all indirect or consequential liability and all liability for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), expense, damage, personal injury or death incurred (whether or not arising from negligence) by you in connection with the Event. You release KHA from any action, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses, incurred in connection with our acts, omissions or negligence in connection with these terms and conditions or the Event. You further indemnify KHA, its employees, agents, contactors and sub-contractors against, and agree to make good, any action, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses (including legal costs, professional costs and other expenses on a full indemnity basis), incurred in connection with these terms and conditions or the Event.
Privacy
By submitting a [signed/how identified?] Summit Registration Form, you consent to KHA collecting, using and disclosing your personal information to facilitate, administer and conduct the Event. This may include: the production of delegate lists, photographs, recordings and videos for marketing, reporting and related uses including sharing of delegate lists with third party organisations such as conference venue / facilitator / sponsors. In all other aspects, KHA will collect, use and disclose personal information provided to it in accordance with its Privacy Policy (copy available here [link?] [or describe where available].
Responsibility disclaimer
Your completion of the registration form and participation in the Event is your acknowledgement that the organisers and associated contractors disclaim liability, to the extent legally possible, for any financial or other loss, damage, accident or injury to property or persons, change of schedules, speakers or topics or other irregularities caused or arising in relation to the Event.
2025 Red Socks Run Terms & Conditions
A. To be eligible to win any prize or award, you must be an Australian resident and be registered for the 2025 Red Socks Run via the 2025 Red Socks Run website: redsocksrun.org.au.
B. Prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other products, Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
C. Kidney Health Australia accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred to enter the competition or in connection with taking up the prizes.
D. Prizes will be shipped by standard post to the winners at mailing addresses supplied upon registration, or where possible, emailed to the email used for registration. Shipping may be subject to delays.
E. Once prizes have been shipped Kidney Health Australia takes no responsibility for any damaged, delayed or lost in transit prizes.
F. Kidney Health Australia reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including phone) in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Kidney Health Australia. G. Kidney Health Australia reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who they believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Transformation Submissions. Kidney Health Australia has legal rights to recover damage or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
