A randomised controlled trial assessing the effectiveness of the Kidney Health 4 Life (KH4L) program in improving self-management in people living with chronic kidney disease at key stages.

Brief Description:

Kidney Health 4 Life is a pilot program tailored for people at different stages of kidney disease to self-manage their condition. The research study will evaluate the effectiveness of the program in supporting people to self-manage their conditions. You may be eligible for the study if you are an adult (18+ years) diagnosed with early to mid-stage CKD (Stages 1-4) within the past 12 months (from time of enrolment), or an adult (18+ years) who has commenced dialysis (both PD and HD) in the past 12 months (from time of enrolment.)
