Kidney Health Week

7 - 13 March 2022

This year, Kidney Health Week will be happening from March 7 – 13 with World Kidney Day falling on March 10.

The theme for this years Kidney Health Week is Connection, “Kidney Health for All”.

This year, for our community we will be focusing on getting back to basics with looking at the four pillars of lifestyle. We will be showing our community how nutrition, movement, managing stress and sleeping well is still important. We can all learn a thing or two from the experts!

We invite our community to ask questions of our experts and participate in four virtual lunch time sessions during the week.
