A Kidney Health Check is a simple way to check for problems with your kidney. It includes 3 parts: a blood pressure check, a urine test, and a blood test.

This factsheet is designed for First Nations people with kidney disease and those that care for them. It features the Flow & Thrive design to symbolize the challenges and resilience of the kidney disease community.
